| The Fireplace runs on propane (instant heat!) and has a few basic instructions to get it going. These can be found on the ground floor in the hallway behind the fireplace. |
| Water: There is both a shallow and a deep well. |
| Garbage: There are two large garbage disposal bins on Braie du Pre. Please drop off any garbage at one of these when you leave. |
| The Beach, with over 300 feet of waterfront, is shared with a handful of other local cottage owners. Please be conscious of this fact when using it, even though you will usually find it all to yourselves. |
| Most of the surrounding area is a provincially designated deer sanctuary. They are in abundance during all seasons - please treat them kindly. |
